In this latest update, we’ve made it easier to view your current account balance, available credits, and past invoices. This kind of visibility into our services will make reviewing and resolving all your payments a piece of cake.
Your new billing history list will enable you to quickly view or download past invoices and their amounts, due dates, and statuses. To access this new page, login to your Booster Insights dashboard and click 'Billing' on the left hand navigation menu.
We’ve redesigned our invoices to include charge breakdowns at the vehicle-level so you can be sure that we’re always charging you for exactly what you got. If your company has multiple yard locations that we service, invoices will also be broken down at the site-level.
This latest release was created with your company’s finance team or billing administrator in mind. We want to make it easy for them to access and verify our invoices whenever they’re ready. It's just another way that we make the entire fueling process easier for companies.
In order for your finance team (or whoever is in charge of getting your bills paid) to access this new feature, be sure to grant that person administrator access to your Booster Insights dashboard. To get a quick refresher on how to do that, read our post on how to manage team access.
