We’re always rolling out new products and features to make your experience with Booster better. The latest updates to your portal offer unparalleled insights into your business’s operations, including an updated look and some insight and enhancements on both your summary and detail pages. Below, we explain each of the enhancements in more detail. Thank you for being a valued customer. We hope you find these improvements useful and welcome feedback and suggestions.
The first thing you’ll notice is we’ve given the entire portal a facelift. We’ve optimized the design to make it easier to get the information you need and also to set the stage for future enhancements.
Considering such updates, we’ve changed the name of the Deliveries section to Services. This better describes the information you will find in that section now and in the future.
We’ve added two monthly snapshots to the top of your Services Summary page, which will allow you to visualize week-over-week information. Look here for quick insight on any changes to fueling patterns and cost trends from a gallons or pricing perspective, allowing you to easily analyze mobile fueling’s impact on your business.
Below those new modules, the Service History list you are used to seeing has been enhanced with a color-coded status column that matches your vehicle snapshot, clickable date column and an easier-to-use date range sorter.
We’ve carried those snapshots onto your Service Detail page for quick access to the data you need, too. A service-specific view of both the Vehicles, Gallons and Price modules will be displayed at the top of each Service Detail page. For instance, you can see why a vehicle wasn’t filled: It could be that the vehicle was not found, was unsafe to fill, missing a fuel cap or the wrong fuel type. This new information makes it easy to quickly identify if there are any issues that need to be addressed.
